How to read this report

Colour tells you where you are

Each colour is one group of your biology. A colour never means good or bad. Other reports colour a result from green to red; this one does not, because a chip cannot grade you.

A small mark tells you where a result sits

On its own scale, never against other people. Notable means a well-established result with something you can do about it. Worth a look means a tendency worth knowing. Typical is the common result. Beneficial is a helpful one. Not read means we could not look.

A count tells you how much we could read

Every area says how many of its markers your chip actually read. Only an area that was read can say “nothing unusual”; the others say “we could not look”. Not seen is not the same as not there.

Where your signal sits

Every area of your biology, in a fixed order. The mark and the word say where a result sits on its own scale; the bar says how many of the area’s markers your chip actually read — the pale part is what it could not. For the two screens the count is genes fully read. No colour means good or bad.

Your story

One spread for each group of your biology: what it is in plain words, what your own genotypes say, and what could not be read.

Cellular

4 areas

We are the sum of our cells. Inside each one the folate cycle recycles what the cell needs, detox enzymes clear what it does not, and the immune response and the ageing of the cell are set in part by common variants. Here, one area is notable, two are worth a look and one carries a helpful result.

  • LongevityBeneficial

Systems

5 areas

The systems group is where signals travel between organs: the hormones, the brain’s chemistry, the body clock, the senses and the skin. Where a watch has measured something, the measurement is what the app acts on. Here, five are worth a look.

  • HormonesWorth a look
  • Mood and focusWorth a look
  • Sleep and body clockWorth a look
  • SensesWorth a look
  • Skin and hairWorth a look

Heart and metabolism

2 areas

The heart group is where blood lipids, blood sugar and liver fat are read. It is the smallest group and the one where measured values matter most, because they stand next to the genes — and outrank them. Here, one area is notable and one reads as the common result.

  • Heart and lipidsTypical
  • Blood sugar and liverNotable

Nutrients

2 areas

The nutrients group is where the plate meets the genome: lactose, caffeine, folate, iron, the vitamins, and what the gut does with them. Nothing on this page is a diet — no macro split, no grams, no supplement dose. Here, two are worth a look.

  • Food and vitaminsWorth a look
  • Gut and digestionWorth a look

Activity

1 area

The activity group is one area, and it is where the market overreaches most: injury and endurance verdicts from three or four sites. Here the genes are listed with their gaps, and the numbers from a watch sit beside them, because those are the ones that move. Here, one area is notable.

  • Training and recoveryNotable

Panels

2 areas

The two panels are screens, not wellness areas, and they come last for a reason: on a chip, “not read” is most of their story. They stay in the report so that a quiet result is never mistaken for a clean one. This report writes “not read” where laboratories write the common version by default.

Your plan

6 things, each backed by a genotype that was actually read and by established or probable evidence. Where a list is empty it says so. We do not dose supplements from a chip; a supplement is a practitioner’s line and waits for a blood value.

Blood sugar and liver

Both markers read here carry a variant with an effect: TCF7L2, FTO. Your last HbA1c was 5.3 % (May 2025).

Measure

Nothing here — no measured genotype in this area carries a rule for it.

Methylation

All three markers read here carry a variant with an effect: MTHFR, COMT.

Eat

Live

Nothing here — no measured genotype in this area carries a rule for it.

Measure

Training and recovery

One of the 2 markers read here carries a variant with an effect: ACTN3.

Eat

Not on this file

The markers this file could not read, and why. A quiet result means quiet at the sites that could be read, nothing more. Where a chip has no site, other laboratories write the common version by default; this report writes “not read”, so you can tell the two apart.
