Who sells it

Indaga is a product of CryptoSvit (Ruslan Plakhuta, eenmanszaak), KVK 89565568, VAT NL004741679B15, Soesterberghof 102, 2631 LH Nootdorp, Netherlands. Contact: support@indaga.ai.

What you buy

A one-time genome report, in your account and as a PDF, built from a raw DNA file you already have from 23andMe, AncestryDNA, MyHeritage or FamilyTreeDNA. Whole-genome files are not accepted. A first version is ready about a minute after you pay. Drug response and some other sections are added when your full analysis finishes, usually within about 15 minutes. It is not a subscription. When we improve the analysis, we may rebuild your report from your file at no charge.

Price and payment

The price is shown before you pay, and it is the total you pay, once. Payment is by card through Stripe, and your statement shows INDAGA.AI. We check that we can read your file before you pay. If we can't, you are not charged.

Your file

Upload only your own DNA file, and only if you are 18 or older. How we handle it is on Your DNA file at Indaga and in our privacy notice.

What the report is, and is not

Indaga is wellness information. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis or a substitute for a doctor. Your report reads the markers your DNA test measured and estimates some others, so it can miss things: a finding we don't report is not proof that you don't have it. It does not interpret hereditary-cancer genes.

The drug-response section gives preliminary information only. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis or a prescription; it does not tell you whether to take a medicine or how much, and it does not detect every variant that can affect a medicine. Do not start, stop or change any medication because of it; keep taking medicines as prescribed, and ask your doctor or pharmacist, who may order a clinical pharmacogenetic test to confirm a result before any medical decision.

Refunds

See our refund policy. If you live in the EU or the UK, you also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days. Our refund policy is at least as generous.

Responsibility

We build your report with care and as described here. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of the report without a professional's advice, and our responsibility for a purchase is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.

Law and disputes

Dutch law applies, and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law where you live. If something is wrong, write to support@indaga.ai first; we answer within a few working days.

Changes

When these terms change, the new version appears here with its date. A change never applies to a purchase you have already made.
